This Privacy Policy explains how [AudioBitts Inc] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the MoneyInvest mobile application.
MoneyInvest is designed as a private, local savings-tracking utility. It does not require a MoneyInvest account and does not transmit your savings entries to us.
1. Information you enter
MoneyInvest allows you to enter:
Amounts you chose not to spend
Optional notes describing those savings
Your preferred display currency
The app also records the date and time of each entry so it can display your savings history.
You control what you enter. We recommend that you do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in optional notes.
2. How your information is used
The information you enter is used solely to:
Calculate and display your savings total
Show your savings history
Remember your preferred currency
Provide the app’s core functionality
MoneyInvest does not use this information for advertising, profiling, analytics, lending decisions, investment recommendations, or marketing.
3. Local storage
Savings entries and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage.
The current version of MoneyInvest does not:
Upload your entries to a MoneyInvest server
Synchronize entries between devices
Require a user account
Connect to a bank or financial institution
Access or move money
Use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs
Apple may include app data in device or iCloud backups depending on your Apple account and device settings. Those backups are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
4. Information we do not collect
MoneyInvest does not collect:
Your name, email address, or phone number
Bank credentials or account numbers
Payment-card information
Transaction histories
Investment or portfolio information
Government-issued identifiers
Precise location
Contacts
Photos or media
Health information
Biometric information
Advertising identifiers
MoneyInvest does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
5. Sharing and selling information
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your savings entries to:
Advertisers
Data brokers
Financial institutions
Marketing companies
Analytics providers
Other third parties
Because we do not receive your locally stored entries, we cannot view, disclose, retrieve, or recover them.
Apple may independently process information through App Store services, operating-system functions, device backups, or diagnostic information you choose to share with Apple. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your entries remain on your device until you:
Delete individual entries from Savings History
Delete MoneyInvest and its locally stored data
Erase or replace your device
Deleting the app will normally delete its locally stored information. However, an Apple device or iCloud backup may retain a copy according to your backup settings.
We cannot recover deleted entries because they are not stored on our servers.
7. Security
MoneyInvest relies on the security protections provided by iOS and your device. However, no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can help protect your information by:
Using a device passcode or biometric lock
Keeping iOS updated
Preventing unauthorized access to your device
Avoiding sensitive information in entry notes
8. Children’s privacy
MoneyInvest is a general-audience utility and is not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because MoneyInvest does not transmit user-entered information to us.

9. International use and currencies
MoneyInvest can display entries in multiple currencies. Selecting a currency only changes how amounts are formatted inside the app.
MoneyInvest does not:
Perform currency conversions
Provide exchange rates
Open a financial account
Hold funds in any currency
Determine where information is stored or processed

MoneyInvest is a savings and spending-tracking utility only.
MoneyInvest is not a:
Bank
Investment service
Financial adviser
Broker
Lender
Insurer
Payment service
Money transmitter
Fiduciary
Financial institution
MoneyInvest does not hold, safeguard, invest, lend, transfer, or insure money. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Amounts displayed by MoneyInvest are user-entered records. They are not verified account balances, statements, or proof of funds.
11. Your privacy choices
You control the information stored by MoneyInvest.
You may:
View entries in Savings History
Delete individual entries
Change your selected currency
Delete the app and its locally stored data
Because MoneyInvest does not maintain user accounts or receive your entries, we generally cannot access, correct, export, or delete those entries on your behalf.
12. Legal rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may provide rights concerning your personal information.
MoneyInvest does not receive or maintain your savings entries on its servers. You can exercise control over those entries directly through the app and your device.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when MoneyInvest’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change.
