1. About Post With AI

Post With AI is an iPhone writing assistant and custom keyboard developed by AudioBitts Inc.Our writing features use Apple’s on-device Foundation Models. Your writing, prompts, generated text, Voice profiles, and platform profiles are not uploaded to AudioBitts Inc. or Google Analytics by the app.No account is required. Optional app analytics is disabled by default.

2. Information stored on your device

Post With AI stores writing-related content, profiles, preferences, and local feature information on your device.Local writing-momentum and AI-health metrics may include edit counts, character totals, response times, and error categories. These local records are separate from optional Google Analytics events. The keyboard’s local diagnostics are not uploaded through our analytics integration.Your device’s backup settings may affect whether local app data is included in backups managed by Apple.

3. Optional Google Analytics

If you enable Share app analytics in Settings, Post With AI uses Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand feature usage and improve app reliability.Our custom analytics events include:Which main-app section you visit: Studio, My Voice, Platforms, AI, or Settings.Whether a Studio AI edit succeeds or fails.How long that edit takes.Google Analytics also processes information associated with its service, such as app-instance identifiers, app and operating-system versions, device models, app launches, session activity, and approximate geographic location derived from IP addresses. Automatically recorded events may include in-app purchase information.App-instance identifiers distinguish installations. Analytics information should therefore not be understood as completely anonymous.We do not include your keyboard input, writing, prompts, generated responses, Voice profiles, custom platform names, or raw error messages in our analytics events.Firebase Analytics is integrated into the main app, not the custom keyboard extension.

4. How we use and share information

We use optional analytics to understand which features are used, measure AI edit performance, and identify reliability issues.When you enable analytics, analytics information is transmitted to and processed by Google, and AudioBitts Inc. can access reports through Google Analytics. Although we do not operate a writing-data backend, optional analytics is processed on Google’s servers.We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use this integration for targeted advertising or cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.Our integration excludes advertising-identifier collection, disables vendor-identifier collection, and disables advertising personalization.For information about Google’s practices, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Keyboard Full Access

iOS may ask you to enable “Allow Full Access” for the Post With AI keyboard.We use this setting so the keyboard can access locally shared Voice profiles, platform profiles, preferences, and purchase status. Enabling Full Access does not turn on optional app analytics and does not cause us to upload what you type.You can disable Full Access or remove the keyboard in iOS Settings at any time.

6. Your choices and controls

You can use the writing features without enabling analytics.To enable or disable optional analytics, open: Post With AI → Settings → Share app analytics Turning this setting off stops future analytics collection by the integration and resets local Firebase Analytics data. It does not automatically delete information already transmitted to Google.You can also manage profiles and writing content using the controls available in the app, reset local metrics where reset controls are provided, and manage keyboard access through iOS Settings.Deleting the app removes its local app container. Copies you exported or shared, device backups, and information already processed by other services are governed by those services and their controls.

7. Retention and privacy requests

Local information remains on your device until it is removed through available app controls, app deletion, or applicable device-storage controls.Previously transmitted analytics information is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings and Google’s applicable processing and retention practices. Aggregated reports may remain available after underlying event-level information expires.If you have questions about retention or wish to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us using the address below. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights.Because the app does not require an account and we do not associate analytics with your name or email address, we may be unable to identify which analytics records relate to you.

8. Purchases, Apple services, and sharing

Apple processes App Store downloads, payments, subscriptions, and reviews under its own terms and privacy policy. The app uses purchase information to provide and restore purchased features. AudioBitts Inc. does not receive your full payment-card details.If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may separately record purchase-related events.When you choose to copy, export, or share writing through another app or service, that service’s privacy practices apply to the content you provide.

9. Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you voluntarily include. We use that information to respond and address your request. Please avoid sending sensitive writing or other unnecessary personal information. Contact: contact.us@audiobitts.co

10. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances requiring parental consent without that consent.Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through the app or directly to us should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. International processing and security

Your writing and supported AI processing remain on your device. If you enable analytics, Google may process analytics information on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its applicable terms and safeguards.We limit analytics to the information described in this policy and keep writing content out of analytics. However, no storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required.Where a change requires your consent, we will request it rather than treating continued app use alone as consent. Summary: Your writing stays on device. Optional main-app analytics is off by default, excludes writing content, and can be disabled in Settings.
